  Traditional rubber vulcanization process
  1, the main factors influencing the curing process:
  The dosage of sulfur. Its dosage, the greater the curing speed faster, can be and the higher the degree of cure. Sulfur solubility in the rubber is limited, too much sulfur will by the rubber surface precipitation, commonly known as "sprayed sulfur. In order to reduce the sulfur spray phenomenon, requirements at the lowest possible temperature, or at least under the sulfur melting point and sulfur. According to the requirements of the rubber products use, dosage of sulfur in the soft rubber is generally not more than 3%, in the semi-rigid glue dosage, generally about 20%, in hard glue dosage can be as high as above 40%.
  The curing temperature. If high temperature 10 ℃, shortens the curing time in half. Because the rubber is bad conductors, products of vulcanization process because of its each part of the temperature differences and different. In order to ensure more uniform degree of cure, thick rubber products generally USES sulfide rising up, low temperatures over long periods of time.

  Rubber vulcanization process method:
  According to the curing conditions can be divided into cold cure, room temperature vulcanizing and three types of heat vulcanization.
  1, cold sulfide sulfide can be used for film products, products in carbon disulfide containing 2% ~ 5% sulfur chloride solution impregnation, rinse and dry.

  3, hot sulfide is the main method of rubber vulcanization. According to different sulfide medium and the form of sulfide, can be divided into the direct sulfide, indirect heat vulcanization vulcanizing and mixed gas sulfide three methods.
  (1) direct sulfide, the products directly into the hot water or steam medium sulfide.
  (2) indirect sulfide, products in hot sulphur in the air, this method is commonly used in some strict appearance of products, such as rubber shoes, etc.
  (3) gas mixed sulfide, adopting air cure first, then switch to direct steam curing. This method can get rid of disadvantages of steam curing affect appearance, can also be overcome because hot air heat transfer is slow, and the disadvantage of long curing time and aging.
